Torchy’s Tacos eyes expansion to 15 states in the next three years

AUSTIN, Texas — Austin-based Torchy’s Tacos is looking to make a big expansion.

During a presentation at the ICR Conference in Orlando last week, Torchy’s CEO G.J. Hart said the chain plans to reach at least 160 stores in 15 states by 2023, QSR Magazine reports.

Currently, Torchy’s has 71 stores across Texas, Arkansas, Colorado and Oklahoma.

States included in the expansion plans are Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Tennessee, CultureMap reports.
